Team 9 is organizing a concert in Amsterdam to fund the next Syrious Mission! Come, join, support!

What: Live music, food, art, all for a great cause.

When: 28th August, 19:00-23:30

Where: Posthoornkerk,
Haarlemmerstraat 124,

The church is located at 10 minutes walking-distance from Amsterdam Central Station.

Live music line-up:

* Hartog (singer-songwriter)
* Hákon Bjarnason (piano maestro)
* Spix Macaw (world, easy-listening)
* The Soul Keys ('60's southern soul, acoustic)
* Gharib (Syrian music)
* Noortje Braat & Egon Kracht (double bass, piano and voice in theatrical ecclectics)
* Syrious Mission Team 9 Group (all participants of the upcoming mission on stage)

Speakers include:

* Sylvia Mannaerts (a scientific and practical expert on the value of music in helping refugees)
* Sahand Sahebdivani (master story teller)

Syrious Mission is a Dutch non-profit organisation operating in Jordan, connecting Syrian urban refugees and the local community through music.
Every two months a voluntary group of dutch musicians, artists and teachers travels to Jordan to join our local workshop leaders. They have a full week of workshops with the children and present the result in a concert or public workshop.

Syrious Mission 9 will take place in Zaatari Village, Jordan,
14–21 September. Team 9 includes artists and musicians: Odette Denijs, Lucas Dols, Yinske Silva, Urok Shirhan, Floris van der Vlugt, Maurits Weebers, Brendan Jan Walsh, Hans Lammen and Sja'iesta Badloe.
